Customer details & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Australia Post ships our wines Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Honey Moon Vineyard only delivers wine within Australia.

Customer Service Policy 
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Refund Policy 
Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
